Sandbach is a small market town in the county of Cheshire, England. It is located approximately 4 miles from the larger town of Crewe and is situated on the banks of the River Wheelock. The town has a rich history, dating back to the Roman era when it was an important settlement on the road between Chester and York. It is also known for its distinctive black and white timber-framed buildings, which are characteristic of the region. Today, Sandbach is a thriving town with a population of around 17,000 people.
