About Us About The North West Face St Anne’s Church was acquired in December 1995. Walls were installed over the winter by ourselves and DR climbing walls. The doors opened to climbers on February 1st 1996. The following years have allowed more wall construction using British climbing wall manufacturers. As of 2014 we have 54 climbing lines with a normal rate of 3 climbs per line. The split is 24 lead and 30 top rope. Most lead lines achieve 1a height of 12 metres. Top ropes vary from 7 metres through to the full 12 metres. Bouldering at Warrington is on a contoured resin wall and Plywood of a fairly steep nature.
