Today the gym caters for all serious strength training disciplines. With the gym split into rooms keeping iron plates and cables type machines separate. The gym has a friendly and business like atmosphere, there is always somebody on hand, whether it be for sage like training advice or a firm hand for a heavy lift spot. As important as a heavy training session is nutrition and the gym stocks a full range of pre and post workout supplements.
