Our Traditional Mature Beef is matured between 4-5 weeks to ensure maximum taste and tenderness.
We stock our own produced Mutton, fresh Goat, Venison, Wild Boar and Pheasants from the scottish highlands.
We produce all our fresh cooked meats on the premises from our own stock.
We also cure our own Pork into hams and bacon.
All our sausages are made on our premises with a choice of thirty different flavours.
